Exercising is one of the best physical activities to help you stay fit and healthy and put your body’s potential to optimum use. However, all of us have grown up with different habits and notions about the right time to exercise.

There are some schools of thought that say exercising early morning is most beneficial while there are others that advise choosing some other time of the day and yet others that suggest you be more flexible and choose a time that your schedule allows.

When you start your journey towards well-being, an exercising routine is the first thing you set. So it is rather a genuine question to ask – what is the ideal time to get those extra calories burning? We’d say the entire day! Yes, you read it right. Entire day – there are pockets of time that you can opt for depending on your convenience, time of the day can influence how you feel when you exercise. However, there is no reliable evidence to suggest that calories are burned more efficiently at a certain times of the day.

As body temperature differs throughout the day, optimizing muscle function and strength, enzyme activity, and endurance for performance. If you exercise, your body is ready and able to make the most of your days’ time. Overall, there is no best time to exercise. Choose a time of a day you can stick with, so that exercise becomes a habit. If you know your requirement and can decide what works for you best, any time is a good time.
